Human-Centered Design - 1x Day Workshop

Your team will learn how Human-Centered Design can be used to:

Brand Strategy - 1x Day Workshop

The Brand Workshop will define the essence of your brand. Together you will define your promise to the market, it positioning and the key messages to support that positioning. You will leave with a clear direction for your brand moving forward and a clear creative brief to issue to your design team. Brand Strategy Workshop objectives:

  • To have everyone clear about the objectives for the business from a marketing communications point of view
  • To define the positioning of the brand and agree the name for the business if not determined
  • To agree target market, key messages, goals and overall positioning within your industry
  • To agree a tactical approach and timing to launch and beyond
Brand Strategy Development

There’s a lot of waffle spoken about brand strategy in particular. I prefer to call it a plan. A plan that defines what success is for your product, service or organisation, and how you are going to get there. I will employ a process that combines insight-driven research, strategic thinking, and Human-Centered Design to help you make sustainable connections with your audience.

Naming and Tagline Development

Naming and tagline development is a complex, creative, and iterative process. I will draw out the ideal qualities of an effective name and tag such as – meaningful, memorable, future focused, protectable, visible, positive, and story appeal.

Service Design
